well can't avoid small detox symptoms 8)
the light detox symptoms are part of detoxing.
toxins are often stored in fatty deposits,
that is why some folks try to lose weight and can't seem too.
The body that is congested already,
will not be willing to unleash all that mass influx
of stored toxins so fast..
clean up the systems, you will find much excess deposits
will then be released gradually / literally without even
*working hard at it *
The body knows what is best for it.
You did not mention if you were over weight or not.
If you are, elimanating toxic foods, and oil and other things
like soy and dairy product, even,
teflons, aluminum cookware,
all canned food and prepackaged,
or microwaved, meats, poulty and fish, etc
refined sugars in all forms, coffee etc.
bottled juices,
and ESP peanuts and peanut butter!
will help you greatly on your journey.
Nothing comes super easy.
Take each thing a step at a time and make gradual changes
If you are overwt,
remember that it took you long time to get there,
Allow your body time to release toxins gradually
or you may end up quit ill.
So be kind to your body/ and treat it as you would
your own child.
a good daily walk if you can get out,
will help a lot and alos 1/2 body wt in fluid
ounces per day
in 8
oz increments tops, will keep you hydrated,
and also flush toxins out.
The kidneys can only process 8 ozs at a time,
the rest is retained into tissue til it can process it.
It takes kidneys about 20 minutes to process 8 ounces.
Cold drinks hinder kidneys and liver functions,
if drinking something cold from a fridge, add some
room temperature water to it, to take the chill off.
note:
also kidneys work best at night while you sleep,
so be sure to get proper rest
in an all lights out environment.
Also try not to drink with meals,
it dilutes digestive juices.
Chew each bite slowly
allowing the enzymes in saliva to begin the
breaking down process/
before it even enters the stomach.
If you must drink , use it in sips,
as a moisture for helping get foods down.
The suggested total amt of food at one sitting is 2 handfuls of food
or total portion size on plate, about the size of your fist.
When and how you eat are a great factor in digestion.
Eating without paying attention to your food/ fast eating,
watching stimulating stuff like TV,
eating on the go.. like in a car etc..
all are part of the overall digestive action .
Try to find a nice quiet or fun spot relaxed to eat,
focus on your food.
(even if you have to go to your car
to eat at work and listen to
soft music or nature sounds)
whatever, get away from stress areas and take time to
properly digest and enjoy your food.
check out Colosan as well for good start on cleaning out
old fecal matter build up from colon down,
it is tasteless and very easy to add to a clean up program.
(only go on a one week clean up / so easy to do ..
then just one day a week after that, one dose for that day)
hope some of these ideas are useful to you.
