Oh sure its california alright and according to him the state grow some of the finest cannibus in the world!
I also knew someone who ran a distribution center and was a advovcate for the new laws for years, went through all kinds of harrassment from the feds,
but eventualy did well distributing at her center in the bay area! It did focus on those who where involved in the medical movement and the people she served where really in need of it medicinal powers!
