yeah those things do happen. what is really going on is that there is a mish mash of rules and laws regarding mj in california, and it kind of depends on exactly where you live, some counties allow it, some don't.

also some cops don't care, some do. so its kind of a battle going on between the state and the feds on this one. it is pretty confusing, most cops let you go if you have a card beacsue they don't think they will get a conviction, even though some have been successfully prosecuted by the federal gov who had a cannabis card. but those are rare cases, they did it just to make a point. but even if you have the card you still have to go score it, and that can be a problem. only in CA! i miss it sometimes, at least parts of it!

i knew a girl who worked at one of the sorta kinda mostly legal medical mj dist centers, that girl was stoned all day! where are you nicole?
