i lived in california when they "legalized" pot with a referrendum. nothing changed. one town tried to set up a legal pot distribution plan, but it got shut down by the feds. this is not a democracy, they honor votes when it serves their purposes, don't when they don't. or just put in easily manipulated e voting machines, but that is another story.
