wow janey. that's a drag, feeling crumby like that. i had a hair analysis done. aluminum showed up and a little arsenic (!). no mercury and i have one amalgam. i was high in calcium, very high in magnesium, low in sodium, very low in potassium. low in iron, copper manganese, zinc, chromium, selenium and a little low in phosphorus.i'm doing an expensive program with an nd thru whom i got the analysis done. i'll let you know if her ionic waters and rna, supergreen food and phosfood supplements do anything. just started her program monday.

have you considered chelating? naturally? with cilantro, cholorella, yellow dock, etc.? i'm trying it. i don't know if it addresses aluminum but it's for mercury. here's a site to browse:
