Re: is this a detox symptom..?! how to treat it?! :( !! help!!!

Hi there! I have alot of silver fillings, I have a suspicion they are part or all of the problem. I am having them removed over the next few months, if I can afford it. I am not sure how long ive had candida, I have felt horrible for years, been to numerous drs, noone was able to help me at all, I was almost convinced I was crazy. I found an environmental dr who is wonderful. I have only been on the diet for a week, it is insane, i cant have Sugar at all! that means honey, molasses nothing only stevia, no cheese, no bread, no processed meat, no preservative, no vinegar, sald dressing, etc I can also only have a small amt of fruit a day for 2 weeks, I am also on rx antifungals. I have not done Liver Flush yet, kind of scared
to to be honest, i want to sometime though. I have seen a difference since starting treatment, i still have bad days, but its getting better, i think.
