Try coconut oil on your skin
Coconut oil is an anti-fungal, so it will help you attack the yeast from the exterior of your body. Start with a good soak in
Epsom Salts and Baking Soda (at least a cup of each in a tub of water). Stay in for at least 30 minutes, dunking your head and all other parts of your body. This will help draw toxins out. Then, pat dry and slather yourself with coconut oil from your face to your toes and everywhere between.
Seems strange to put oil on skin that is breaking out, but coconut oil is different stuff. In the begining, it may make your skin seem like it is drier, rougher and even may cause dead surface skin to flake off. After a week or so, you'll see healthy baby soft skin emerge. I even use the coconut oil on my scalp and in my hair. Cover your pillow with a towel when you sleep. It washes out easily in the morning and leaves my hair soft and shiny.
I use only food grade organic coconut oil. I look for unrefined, so I don't get the chemically bleached and deodorized substance.
Just yesterday, I was asked for ID at Whole Foods when I was buying a bottle of sake. I laughed and the girl waited. I showed her my ID and told her I was closer to 50 than 40. She said "you don't look it". Made my day.
My bath/coconut oil ritual has rejuvinated my skin and I glow like a 20-something should glow. Of course, the skin reflects the health of the internal organs, so cleansing the bowels, liver and nourishing the body properly contributed as well. Now a bit more excercise...
