Hey there, how much do you know about candida? you may want to learn everything you can about it, because it can cause a plethora of symptoms and problems and make you very sick all by itself, and unfortunately it is hard or impossible to get rid of without diet change, I am on a completely Sugar and yeast free diet, and am on nystatin from my doctor, if you use herbals and diet you really need to research this, it CAN be done but with work, and from what ive seen people feel completely different after getting rid of candida, and their lives change dramatically for the better, I am still learning myself, there is alot of info out there you just have to sort it all out, I will be glad to help when I can. good luck from Christi
