The best solution is to wean yourself off the meds while starting to cleanse. Drugs that affect mood and brain chemistry must be slowly weaned, otherwise it puts your body in a state of shock.
While you are cleansing and getting healthy try to eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Don't consume any processed junk foods. They just make the cleansing process harder and are detrimental to your health.
Drink some calming herbal teas, and take magnesium citrate or chloride to help you feel calm.
