Yes, there are fruits that contain comparatively large
amounts of vitamin C. But you'd have to eat many
pounds of them everyday, to equal the amount of vitamin
C you're getting from sodium ascorbate crystals.
My advice is to stick with what you're doing. I've been
using mega-doses of vitamin C since Jimmy Carter was in
his first months as President, and I'm in perfect health at 64. I also eat fresh fruit every day, so I
do get some natural vitamin C. But not nearly enough
to provide my immune system with the ammunition it needs to keep me in radiant health.
I advise taking 1 gram (1,000 mg) of vitamin C, for
every ten (10) lbs of bodyweight, every day. If you
weigh 100 lbs, then 10,000 mg is right for you. If you
weigh more, you might consider upping the dosage until
you reach your bowel tolerance.
Meanwhile, stick with your alkaline potion.
