hello. I have been taking an alkaline potion twice a day each with 5000 mg's of vitamin C, making it about 10,000 per day.
This has profoundly affected my health for the better casuing my allergies and occassional asthma to disappear and sickness to become non-existent. :)
But I would like to cut back on the mixture and get as much of it natually. I am wondering if there are any obscure fruits or veggies which have large amounts of vitamin c which I may not have heard of. I already eat well and have fruit smoothies+superfood every morning for breakfast.
I have heard of Acerola but do not know much about it beyond web reading. Do people mainly buy/consume it in drink form?
