Re: Owen, ? about dairy-yogurt and butter(anyone, anyone)
Dear Sunne,
The only dairy product I've eaten for several decades
is an organic yogurt at mid-day. I like Stonyfield
Farm's yogurts -- the non-fat variety. I've never had
a bad reaction to it.
I don't eat butter at all. I don't eat bread, so there's not much need for butter. But I'd choose an
organic butter, rather than any margarine product.
I load my yogurt up with organic seeds, nuts, and
dried fruits (on alternate days), and turn it into
a real meal; a delicious one that I look forward to
with anticipation. Basically, I eat the same foods
every day, and I never grow tired of them.
I hope that's a help to you, Sunne.
Blessings,
Owen
