Sorry that second book was, "Journey of Souls". This is not religious, this is spiritual, which is more intimate, but may not be well-suited for a very conservative person. I am just saying that because my mother is super-conservative. she rather pray the rosary and not have information about the soul. So, some people are like that.

"Seat of the soul" by gary zukav is a good one to begin with too. well I like to read so I can name 100. In any case, it helps healing a Billion Percent to get to know your own Spirit. I just can't stress it enough.
