There is so much information on this site that it's very hard to sift through it all and know what's relevant and what's not. Your summary has helped alot.

I have one question about flax seed oil. I have read that this is very good for cancers and i was wondering if there is some kind of ready made mixture i can buy? I understand that it needs to have a mixture of other oils with it as well. I read about it on the flax seed page on this site but i didn't feel any wiser. So basically is there one you can recommend which has a good mixture of oils?
