Is 100% Raw Diet really best? (survey)
Most of us know the benefits of raw food. Does anyone NOT buy into the 100% Raw Diet for any reason, and what are your reasons?
for example...
* raw food is too limiting and too difficult to shop for/prepare
* raw food makes me physically or mentally weak
* I lose too much weight
* raw food just doesn't satisfy my hunger
* cooked food is more efficient
* cooking food allowed humans to evolve faster
* moderation is key, a mix of raw and cooked is best
