Re: im 25 year old male going gray...any suggestions?

This may be of help

How is your ph balance in your body? The condition of your body effects your hair indirectly.

Some people who have done Liver Flushes (which relieves the thyroid--which in turn helps with metabolism, hormones, and even hair) have noticed a positive change in thier hair and skin.

You may want to do three Liver Flushes -- spacing them 7 days apart to give your liver a break in between.

Also- try to eat more raw fruits, nuts and vegetables-- and less dairy and meat and get some apple cidar vinegar in you each day..

Use raw lemon squeezed in things when you can.

This will help aid in making your body less acidic and more alkaline.-- which has an indirect correlation with your fingernails, hair color, etc.

I like to think of it this way-- differnt acidity levels in soil tend to effect the color of flower blossoms differently. If you plant Purple Loosestrife flowers in a certain soil with a certain level acidity than another type of soil- one plant will grow yellow flowers, while the other soil will produce purple blossoms on the same species plant.

Our bodies are like soil so to speak.

Also-- watch the stress. Light Excersize or yoga or just deep breathing excersizes outside in the fresh air help with cortisol levels. That's why we gain unwanted weight also- Any kind of emotional Stress can gray hair early and add unwanted pounds because of cortisol levels being effected from stress. Just look at our presidents from the past. One or two years in office, and their hair is dramatically more grey than before.

Stress is why our modern society is such a mess. Especially in America where our companies push employees to produce more at the employee's cost. We get less vacation time than other countries-and we work more hours- and the cost of living keeps springing up so we never get ahead. The only time our society takes stress seriously is when someone gets a heart attack-- so do things daily to alleviate stress- and you will also find that your ph balance will become less acid even from relaxing more!-- and that will effect your hair as I mentioned.

Go outside in the morning and take deep breaths and stretch before starting your day.- and stretch/breath excersizes before bed.

God Bless and have a nice Easter
