sweating is surely a powerful way detoxifying. but I always used to sweat little or nothing until I was healthy. Then I had health problems and my lymph flow had a shock,during that period I did sweat A LOT, even my face wqas sweating all the time, I think the body was trying to get rid of something. I finally went back to normal sweating and almost satisfying general health, but this crisis left me with a stubborn cellulite on thighs and knees. I fought my cellulite for yrs and nothing seemed to work ! It wasn't worsening but no matter what I did it was there.
Now it is going away! And all I am doing is REBOUNDING. Hard, pea-like lumps are softening and melting, skin gets softer. I do not sweat but in my underarms( just a bit). Sweat is not the key, not for everyone I guess.
