For a simple and safe attack towards the cyst try using Grapefruit Seed Extract. The cause of the cyst might be a virus or something else so, this ia a safe attack. I haven't done any reserach on this type of cyst, yet. Just keep in mind that the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract is very strong so, dilute it a little bit or apply it right after a bath or shower when the pores are open up.
