Didn't you see the Tom Hanks movie, Castaway? I had a wisdom tooth that hurt after the Amalgam was replaced with gold inlay. It only hurt after I did some chewing on it at first. The Mexican dentist said I would eventually need it removed, she was right. Actually she wanted to pull it but I never had a tooth pulled so that idea kinda scared me. Funny thing was she then suggested putting mercury back in it or at least composite since it would be cheaper than the gold. After four months I got it removed. Nobody saves wisdom teeth. IF its a back molar pulling it sounds like the best option. IF you press on the filling hard I would think you would feel some pain. But it could just be the gum. The treatment with Zoe sounds kinda of experimental, and the more work done on it will likely make it worse. I think the pressure from eating damages the nerve therefore you may not be able to cure it by Antibiotics .
