Re: Details (and some trivial help)

no, the nerve is inside, so u cannot heal it by putting things on it topically like warm water and tea tree oil, or any of that stuff. also, if the tooth is abcessed, antibiotics can make that infection go down, but when u stop them, it will come back. we only prescribe them when there is a bad abcess because sometimes it is impossible to get numb unless they r on them for at least 4 to 5 days. what i told u b4 is the proper advice for your tooth. dentists nowadays make such a big production, all that nerve stuff leading to everywhere, etc.... yes, teeth do affect organs and such. we follow the chinese chart. but, we do basic biologic dentistry, nothing fancy that we want to charm u w/ and charge u for. a good dentist can tell if the tooth is abcessed and will not pull the wrong tooth if he does not go to the website u displayed. here is the best advice u will get: go have your bite adjusted and see if that is the problem. if it is not, have it x-rayed to see if it is abcessed. if it is not, get a medicated filling put in or some dentists want to try a crown instead. if that does not take in a couple weeks and u still have pain, get it extracted or tough it out a couple months to see if the nerve calms down. u r wasting your time taking antibiotics unless the dentist needs u to b4 an extraction. plus, when u take them, the bacteria come back stronger. scientists, as u know, have a hard time coming up w/ antibiotics that work because ppl r taking them for everything and building up immunity to them. if u don't want my advice, that's ok. u asked and i gave u my best, what i tell patients in the same situation.
