Re: hey there

I think my post was bit miss understood. I don't know anything about spiller... I did a search on the net about nerve pain etc...
he does a great job illustrating the anatomy of the nerves/teeth/and how your molars (in each quadrant) is connected to a master nerve.

Take a look at the drawings. Very cool and explains a lot. Also the ear and other things are connected to the very same nerve.

Anyway I am in a similar situation now and I couldn't figure out why all my molars on the right side were hurting. Now I know. They are connected to the same damn nerve and even my right ear which I must say has also been hurting. I wasn't sure if it was from too loud music or a separate infection but now I know!

Yeah, I am all about natural natural natural.

What are the alternatives?!? That's the damn thing...

OK root canals=bad....but none of these holistic dentists say they can do anything better.

Extraction? Screw that!! Living without teeth is a nightmare. Frankly I would opt for a root canal before that. Who the hell knows, it could work out. And if doesn't, you can always remove the tooth later...

OK. So neither is an option we want to consider right? Damn right. I been researching all day today on this subject and have come across some other alternatives.

Tee tree oil. Me too. Hell if it was good enough to treat (disinfect) battle wounds during WWII, don't tell me its %¤#&!§-useless stuff. It absorbs readily into skin so I see no reason why it wouldn't into gums.

If anyone knows anything about gums, they would know that medicine that breaks down in the stomach is frequently administered by the tongue and cheek method because gums are so good at absorbing medicine.

So all this shit being said, I been going mad today with tee tree oil. I must say it is strong stuff (taste). Right now, before the post I was in delirium I was so happy. The swelling in the gum has gone down (I think) and I feel much better (no pain right now)!

Now… to be fair, I am not positive it has, but it looks good. We'll see in the morning. Also I took Advil which does reduce swelling and inflammation. I took it for the last 2 days and I don't remember it making things this good. Is it working?

I have also been doing the warm saltwater rinses. This is very widely known about it seems... now that it concerns me I took not of it. Does it work? Dun know. A lot of people swear by it. All I know is that the pain has largely localized to one tooth since and it is not the one that is swollen. Also my mouth and tongue is dry. Not a good long term treatment but I bet the bacteria hate it too. I think I am tougher then they are. Well... I am bigger, smarter and a lot more charming so I think advantage goes to me. No worries, I am not afraid to bully ;)

I been trying to figure out what exactly and mean exactly is an abscess. A lot of sites say that an abscess is an infection.

They say if you no want root canal then extraction is mUST! Is it? Gosh…I don't know. I distinctly remember having the swollen gums like this before. Guess what, not once. It has been some time ago. Kind of like a cold sore. I don't remember when I last had it but trust me... I DID! Guess what? No one informed me that I should have my teeth extracted. Unfortunately this lead to my ignorance and waiting a few days until my infection was gone and it was all healed. I guess if I had gone to the doc I wouldn't even have any teeth now because the harmless infection would have been classified with wide brush as an abscess...and gosh golly, we all know that if you have an abscess (infection), you need to have your teeth extracted.

I honestly find it extremely odd that there are people that sagest that the only way to drain a tooth is to extract it. Are you trying to tell me that the immune system is not able to handle infections in your mouth but it can every place else. That anti-biotics work every place through the blood stream but by some magic this does not apply to teeth. Please, allow me to be a little skeptical. I think teeth can be healed…especially infections. Perhaps you hear of white blood cells. You do not need to drain shit. Bacteria and viruses are obliterated by white blood cells and the puss is actually the combination of the offending agent and the attached white blood cells etc. The body can get rid of it on its own I am sure. If this is not so, I must say am very surprised. How did we fare for the last 40,000 years!!! All I got to say is that I am very skeptical… or maybe just stupid?

Anyway... I have a habit of rubbing my gums and playing with my teeth when it hurts. I suspect that this is how I got the infection in the gum. I obviously got it like this in the past. The question is, "is it the same thing"?

I got to talk to my dentist tomorrow and see what happens. Also tomorrow will tell if the tee tree oil is working. I don't expect to be cured tomorrow by it but I have a philosophy about natural health products. If the shit doesn't work in a few days without any doubt in the matter, it ain't working or you're not using it right. Either way, it aint working. I been using quite a lot and applying it with soaked cotton swabs.

I also read about ozone treatment. I think I invented a new treatment alternative for root canals (all in my head), we'll see tomorrow about what he'll say. Depending how things go, i'll update.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ANYTHING.
DO NOT TAKE MY ADVICE. I AM UNINFORMED AND UNQUALIFIED in EVRY RESPECT.
