This is great information. I did eat well/healthy up to 2:00 p.m........it was the 2:00 p.m. until 11:00 a.m. the next morning that I had the hard part with!!
I didn't realize you could use the juicer or drink juices the next morning. I will try that if needed. Actually, it was much more difficult skipping dinner that it was skipping breakfast the next morning.
Weird thing about how poorly I have felt all week and feeling much worse at night is that I actually feel pretty good this evening, but didn't feel so well earlier today. Go figure! Hopefully this will straighten itself out soon.
