Re: The 4:00 pm blues
Shelleycat,
Thanks for this information. I think the
Epsom Salts may be a bit too strong for my system, as I also have been having lower back pains and soreness in my kidney since the liver flush. When I flush next weekend, I am definitely going to try the alternate to the
Epsom Salts !
I was diagnosed with hypoglycemia when I was in high school. That is why the
Liver Flush was so hard - no food for 24 hours! If I skip a meal, I then usually end up with a massive migraine headache. Due to my history with migraines, I tend to stay away from most sugars, candy, chocolate, caffeine, etc. as these tend to trigger my migraines. On Monday, one day post liver flush, I did end up with a massive migraine and had to resort to taking Imitrex. While it gets rid of my migraines, it does wicked things to my body afterwards - leaves me feeling weak and like a limp rag - although this usually only lasts for 24 hours. I KNOW taking this has contributed to my state of health this week, as that is a wicked drug. I have taken so much Imitrex and Claritan over the years, I am sure the residue/toxins left in my body are enormous.
I definitely know I am not having any caffeine withdrawls as I have not had anything with caffeine in it for years - again due to migraines.
I do work from home, so I sit in front of my computer most of the day. In the summer, I force myself to take breaks and go outside and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. However, I am in New England and the LAST thing I want to do right now is go outside!! :) (currently 10 degrees!!)
I am trying to drink as much water as possible, but I may have an electrolyte imbalance. I am trying to address that as well.
Thanks so much for your continued advice. You have no idea how much it means and how much you have helped already!
Thanks again.
Raymond
