heavy metal toxic

Hi.. i just got my hair test back and I am very high in copper and lead. My mercury came back low which they are calling retention toxicity. after Amalgam removal I will probably start relaeasing/dumping mercury. is there anything I should do since ai am so high in the other things or is this just normal for someone with amalgams? I am in the very upper range for heavy metals. has anyone else had this problem? the symptoms for high copper are nasty.
