Exactly how it sounds.
before doing it though, we need to understand what influences the body.
1. Eating (ingestion)
2. Thinking (knowledge)
3. Movement (exercise/action)
4. Maintenance (care)
5. Action of all these at once
When we become aware of the factors acting on us, we become aware of what's really happening and how they work together.
The only time we need to derive is to understand how we are in relation to those around us. For example: a river always leads to a bigger body of water, and the further you get to that larger body, the Faster it moves. The closer the opposite poles of a magnet are, the stronger their pull.
Of course, something would need to be put back in temporarily, and it would need to be treated with kindness because what we don't allow to heal, won't heal. Would it be smart to cut yourself, wait for the wound to close, cut it again, and do this over and over?
Of course not. Because that's not allowing it to fully heal. You don't expect a newborn baby to do your work, and you can't expect weak soil to grow healthy plants. They both need to be nurtured back to strength.
Search around on the internet about remineralizing teeth. Mine are very shallow, and I only have 3 so it will be easier. I don't yet know how a person with a crown could do it.... But people have regrown 3rd sets of teeth.
Animals remineralize their teeth. Many have perfect white teeth their whole lives on a diet of only oranges or some type of acidic fruit.
It's the strength of the forces that account for it's progress, or regress.
