Thanks Kelly, you have the right person. I am eating congee and goat yogurt for breakfast now. ALthough the apple and almond butter seemed to be fine for some reason. But I would follow it up with 24 sprouted almonds an hour later.
What do you know about spirulina? Is it a good protein source? What brands are good?
One more question. What is the rule for supplements taken with or without food? In general that is. My milk thistle says either or. SO which way is best in this case?
