Re: coconut milk?

I want to clarify that there is coconut water (the liquid inside a coconut, usually a young green coconut) that is a drink, and then there is coconut milk or coconut cream which is the flesh ground up and mixed with water and squeezed so that the cream is extracted. I never heard of anyone drinking that plain (I lived in Asia 4 years) it is something people add to their food. It is good to add to a smoothy to make it extra creamy, such as banana, coconut cream, and cocoa powder (or carob).
