thank you for you answer to my question about sugar. I didnt realize fruit juice had more sugar than the maple syrup in the MC.
Next question I have is Ive noticed I read "dont eat too much almnond butter". I have not weight problems. I eat sprouted almonds and almond butter both. Why should I limit this food? I need alot of fat and calories and prefer that over tablespoons of oil. I have cut out all grains, beans, as well as sugar for about a week now. It is hard to get 2000 calories in on fruits, veggies, goat cheese, and almonds until I add foods back in.
