Hi Katie -
Almond butter can be challenging to digest in large amounts - any nuts can really. Sprouting nuts and seeds like you are doing with the almonds is a good idea.

Almond butter, especially the kind that is not fresh that comes in jars, can also be a bit moldy/fungusy as it has been sitting around for awhile.

Best to get it freshly ground if you can.

Are you doing coconut milk at all? That can be a help.
