Are you not a fan of protein drinks? I had metabolic testing done and was told I am a fast oxiding protein type. I was told to be sure to eat meat protein with every meal, which I try to do for my main three meals. However, I also like to have snacks in between. I was making the following protein drink as a snack. Is this a good protein drink/snack?
8 oz. goat yogurt/or plain regular yogurt
1-2 eggs
1 cup frozen fruit
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw honey
The drink is delicious and very filling. I just want to be sure it is healthy for me to have several times a week.
