digestion and beans
Kelly,
I read most of you suggestions now in your book on foods to eat or not eat. I am unclear on what beans are easier to digest. You did not list Garbonzo, pinto, or black beans. Does this mean they are typically hard to digest and those on your list are easier to digest?
Also,I really dont like eggs or meat. So I rely on beans and rice, and goat cheese and goat yogurt for protein. I will take your suggestion of meat 3 times a week and just deal with it though.
Lastly, I do like to make a protein shake. It is as follows. I would like your opinion if the benefits outweigh the cane sugar in the almond milk.
1 egg
2 tbsp fresh groung flaxseed
1 teaspoon cinimin
10 ounces almond milk (10 grams sugar)
I have tried to make my own almond milk but it was chunky. I couldnt get all the chunks out.
