Tempt me no more!! My gold is still sitting on my table .. not sure when I'll have the opportunity to spend a few days alone again. Maybe I'll add some to my plant water and try it out on the blueberies :-)

I'm trying to work out my goal/intention to start on Saturday. I always like to start something new on the new moon as it's a powerful time to start projects.

From last new moon to this one, I achieved quite a lot! Went 99% vegan (but for the goat butter), did all that alkalising work, started sprouting like mad, started 3 blogs! ... full month's Andreas Kidney cleanse.

Best of luck for the flush on Saturday! Make it a good one ... and R-E-L-A-X :-) I'll come and check your update on the flushie forum when I get back from my visit with the family.
