I've not been taking the gold for several days - been too busy to sit still! I did try it once just before leaving for taking the puppy for a walk, but nothing happened, so I guess it needs more concentration.

I actually wanted to let you know about the glass jar I've just purchased. I didn't realise the seller of my distiller also sold other distillers, and one of them supplies 3.8 litre glass jars! So, I'll use that when I receive it and it will be great to stick that out under the sunshine we are now receiving. I've been concentrating on alkalising and doing Andreas Moritz 's kidney cleanse and eating been high raw for the past 6 days - feeling really great :-) Took a trip to Glastonbury and bought loads of great foods from their health shop - so much cheaper than where I live. They had a lot of variety too.
