Re: Monatomic Meditations

Feeling *awake* is good! I must say though that fasting/meditation tends to allow one to need less sleep. When I was on my 10 day Vipassana course, I think I only slept 4 hours each night.

These regression tapes are only 4 sides - 1 side talks about regression, the other 3 sides are different regression meditations. Denise Linn does have other tapes, but they are not necessary.

The powder arrived today :-) The vials have been sitting on my tachyon disc, right next to my Orgone pyramid and etheric weaver.

I have had several experiences of altered consciousness. The last one was last year, where I levitated on my bed. I had NO control over this at all and at that time felt a lot more fear than amazement. I could feel the ceiling with my hands. I wrote about it on Andreas's forum. I've also *seen* myself a few times when I've meditated .. I left my body and was able to watch myself. I see auras sometimes (not often), again, when I see them is out of my control. I feel I've touched many areas of higher consciousness but not when I consciously choose to.

I will start tomorrow morning. Tonight, the kids and my partner are going to stay eleswhere and come back Sunday. So I have 4 days to work with this and only have puppy walking to do.

I still haven't decided whether to attempt to fast or not. I may just take the powder and wait 2 hours before light food. I'll play it as I feel at the moment.

I'll probably stay off the computer the next few days - as this is a great area of distraction!
