Not really.

I don't think Kevin buys off FDA employees to get approval for drugs for human consumption, whereas we know that the pharmaceutical industry gives cushy jobs to ex-FDA bigwigs for pushing through approvals on substances of questionable value or simply known to be dangerous, even against the recommendations of the decent folks who still work there (NutraSweet, anyone?). We know that the pharmaceutical industry has a profit margin that other industries would have wet dreams over (>30%). We know that the pharmaceutical industry is behind the QuackWatch group, doing its darnedest to ramrod its drugs-or-nothing approach down our throats. We know that medical research is largely funded and controlled by the pharmaceutical industry (with the rest from governments sources who/which kowtow to the pharmaceutical industry), and we know that the pharmaceutical industry uses its vast wealth to influence what gets reported.

It isn't a crime to make a living. Deliberately poisoning people and lying about it for the sake of recovering research funds should be.
