I couldnt have said it better!!!!!! I follow the same healthy life style and feel wonderful...I am soooo THANKFUL that i found this all natural way of healing.......GOD knows where i would be right now if i didnt listen to my mother who also practices this lifestyle....i would probably be on the operating table right now with them sewing my esophagus to my stomach....how barbaric!!!
