And by the way, you mentioned assisted suicide, don't know if you are aware that Judge Greer and Attorney Felos are both members of the Hemlock Society. Of course anyone in this nation is free to be part whatever organization they choose, but when it involves the personal beliefs of a presiding judge and representing council over the outcome in a court case, it denotes a strong semblance of impropriety. Perhaps this wouldn't be so bad if it involved just about any other school of thought, but things used to have a different meaning when we used to say; "it's a matter of life and death".
