I cannot help but wonder how many other Terri's there are that will have the same outcome.This has truly taken the blinders off for me.I am afraid there will be other lives affected by the outcome of this.I have known of others that have been on feeding tubes that never was able to live without them again.I have also known of others that had to have a feeding tube for several years then have it removed and was fine after that.I had never really thought of a feeding tube as life support.My thoughts were as long as someone was breathing on their own and the heart was beating unassisted,that person was holding their own...period and the soul still remained.I think there is many reasons to question Terri's husband's actions for wanting her life to end.Putting all my speculations aside and say just for one moment he was trying to see Terri's wishes through.What he did was legally seek assisted suicide and got it! Now for some reason Dr Jack Kevorkian comes to my mind.I am not trying to put down our legal system or even the medical field but something is just not right here.I agree with President Bush,when he said its best to error on the side of life in situations such as this.I am very much pro-life and I think it is GOD that decides when one leaves this world just as surely as it is His choice when one enters this world.I don't see how anyone can decide to end another's life because of quality,especially in situations such as Terri's was.charville
