One does not need to be psychic to direct the flow of energy....just able to make an intention.... energy follows thought, it's that simple....

And the clearer one becomes, the clearer, stronger field will be either emitted though your hands, for example....or eventually your very presence will heal, because of your very high vibrations!! Haven't you ever just felt so GOOD being in a certain persons presence? And adversely felt "bad" in the company of "former mothers-in-laws"?

I'm happy to hear that you are "okay in the intent department" because that is the key to directing energy.

There are many places to begin....and we are all healers.... Reiki for example is a very simple technique to learn, either through workshops or through books. There is a Reiki forum on curezone. Your Guidance will show you what your next step is....that's how it worked for me!

Other modalities for directing energy are Therapeutic Touch, Healing Touch (Barbara Brennan stuff), Polarity, Quantum Touch, Reflexology, Acupressure, Cranio-Sacral therapy, etc etc etc. Go within and see what resonates with you, and begin your seeking/research... Sounds very much like you are already seeking, so your answers will surely come!!

As far as protocols go, I have learned many..... only to let them go.... the work becomes simpler and simpler. (although the protocols have provided a good foundation) Even the words "directing energy" don't work for me anymore....who am I to know what another Soul needs at all levels. Rather than "direct", I just "hold" the energy and allow the person to do the work, to resonate with and raise their frequencies....something like we are becoming a human tuning fork....or antenna to Source! After all, they are indeed the healer, no one else is!!

Finally, one can absolutely help themselves.... here's a little story of my own self-healing...
