I think which ever cleanse she chooses to do it would be wise, to start drinking a lot of water, get off of the Sugar (sodas, candy, simply carbs) or try to cut back quite a bit. I have seen some people have bad reactions that go on "binges" right before the cleanse that I go on. I used to drink quite a bit and did other things through out college and started cleansing about 1 year after and it changed my life and I now longer drink (only water these days or the cleansing juice) I hope this helps.
