detoxing an ex-smoker and drinker?

My sister has become interested in cleansing. I've been talking to her about my experiences.

She is 25 years old and just stopped smoking. She also used to drink a lot as many college students. What should she do to get a clean start?

She is already skinny and doesn't need to lose weight. My cleansing diet is for weight loss and cleansing.

Any suggestions would be appreciated?
