I tried this but didn't get very good results! I don't think I used enough Epsom Salts , though. I only took one teaspoon of Epsom Salts with each dose. I didn't have to go to the bathroom until the next morning, and it was a normal BM. I also didn't notice any stones, or feel any better :(
How much Epsom Salts did you take with each dose??? I didn't want to take the full dose since I am a very small person,(100lbs.) so I have been experimenting with dosages! Tweet
