Thanks!!! i did it and it went well. This was 2nd cleanse and got twice as much as first cleanse. About 300-400, many pea sized and one 3/4" long (1-1/5 cm)! And I did NOT throw up this time, yipee:) Encapsulating worked fine and had diarrehea early but I don't think my bowels got as clear as last time. Only in the end. Anyway, great cleanse. Thanks so much for your forum and your time. I've spent hours here and have recommended it to several people. I don't think anyone can tell you the best cleanse for "you" but this forum allows you to read many different experiences which lets you make a more informed decision for yourself. Keep it up :) Tweet
