Hi,
I'me doing Hulda Clark e's liver/gallbladder cleanse as I type this and am to take first dose of Epsom Salt in just a few min. I want to encapsulate it. I've been engrossed in this web site for about 7 hours straight (I can't believe it!!!) and got this idea from a posting and have been looking since then for any additional success stories on encapsulating, but have only found that one reference.
Are there any other experiences with encapsulating Epsom Salts ? Thanks!

You can encapsulate Epsom Salt and drink it with water.
Drink it 15 min earlier, to allow it to dissolve.

Thanks!!! i did it and it went well. This was 2nd cleanse and got twice as much as first cleanse. About 300-400, many pea sized and one 3/4" long (1-1/5 cm)! And I did NOT throw up this time, yipee:) Encapsulating worked fine and had diarrehea early but I don't think my bowels got as clear as last time. Only in the end. Anyway, great cleanse. Thanks so much for your forum and your time. I've spent hours here and have recommended it to several people. I don't think anyone can tell you the best cleanse for "you" but this forum allows you to read many different experiences which lets you make a more informed decision for yourself. I tried this but didn't get very good results! I don't think I used enough Epsom Salts , though. I only took one teaspoon of Epsom Salts with each dose. I didn't have to go to the bathroom until the next morning, and it was a normal BM. I also didn't notice any stones, or feel any better :(
How much Epsom Salts did you take with each dose??? I didn't want to take the full dose since I am a very small person,(100lbs.) so I have been experimenting with dosages!
