I planned my vacation ahead knowing where health food stores were in every town I was going to be in. I bought the little plastic daily medicine baggies from the drug store, and made daily portions so that each day, my vitamins & suppliments could be easily accessible. While driving, my wife could mix the Kyogreen and give me my vitamins. I have a small hand juicer, and I kept a supply of oranges so that each day I could have a glass of fresh orange juice. I also brought enough fruit & veggies to get through the first day, and also brought my mals for the flight. It did make my carry-on a bit heavy, but I managed
