Hi. It kind of sounds like what my dad experienced. He started to cough up blood and had difficulty breathing. The Docs thought it was something related to the lungs"Cold" Well after a years time went by his thyroid had grown threw his windpipe cutting off his air supply making it difficult to breath. Its was a very slow growing cancer type"pappillary" which mean he could have had it for years!, but this type doesn't usually grow inwards but out.

So they had to cut the thyroid out to reconstruct the windpipe which made for a long surgery compared to a regular thyroid removal. BUt we changed diet and the remaing cancer cells were gone after a year follow up look at post below.

But you should get it checked out and you can change it around with proper nutrition and ion mineral intake including Iodine which lacks in a lot of diets. Tweet
