I was away from the house yesterday and so had to wait to get home to check my bottles. You only take a tablespoonful at a time, and recomended doses for adults are from 3 to 6 tablespoons a day. According to the little cup they send with it, that's 15ml out of the 100. A little bottle doesn't go very far, which is why I ordered by the liter. The product is a little pricey for me, but after finding that it ACTUALLY made a difference that I could feel (energy, muscle pain, eyesight, and slow improvement in my pH) I just decided to drop other supplements I usually take to cut costs.

I already told one person I would send them a couple of little bottles (refills) to try before spending any money. If you don't mind me refilling my own little bottles that were sent as a gift why don't you give me a mailing address by email and I'll also send you a couple of the little ones to try first when my order comes in, which should be any day. (It comes from Quebec and I'm in WA state, so it takes a few days.) That isn't very much but might give you an idea if it's going to do anything for you before you spend money on it.
