A good book which is FREE is Jon Barron's "Baseline to Health" which can be found at http://www.jonbarron.org its an excellent all body approach book containing everything from enyzmes to Liver Flushes to supplements blah blah.
No all these other Vitamin C's are inferior to Ascorbic Acid including Sodium Ascorbate although the latter is as close as you'll get! The only Vitamin C better than Ascorbic is true 100% natural Vitamin C but where can you get this in super dosages? You will find though that a good quality natural vitamin C such as Rose hips is 4x the strength of Ascorbic. So therefore if you needed 16 grams of ascorbic to hit bowel titeration then you would intake around 4 grams of the natural!
Intake of Vitamin C has to be increased in order to create Bowel Titeration meaning loose stools. Once you find the level you then stay just under this from then on into the following days. On the day you reach bowel titeration you stop for the remander of the day. Any I.Ving of Vitamin C should be accompanied by an oral intake of Vitamin C also in the amounts up to 50 grams. I suggest you check out Robert Cathcart information on the I.V!
