Re: SAFETY: DIABETES? ... Is it safe for Diabetics to do liver cleanse, considering fasting?

I am diabetic and have done a number of Liver Flushes with no problem. In fact, I've often found that my blood Sugar will be more normal after a flush.

One thing I do differently than the basic flush protocol is that I will use unsweetened fresh apple juice to dissolve the Epsom Salts instead of water.

This makes the salt mixture less noxious to drink, and I think the mild fructose in the juice helps to stave off hunger.

The flush has helped reduce my cholesterol and triglyceride levels. I find it rather easy to do.
