I agree with you about Dr. Weil not knowing everything and you have a very good post. What bothers me is you used the word irregardless. IRREGARDLESS IS NOT A WORD, PLEASE STOP USING IT. The correct term is regardless. Irregardless is an oxymoron.

Thanks for letting me rant. I just don't want you to go throught life using a word that doesn't exist.:)
